We have to use several excel formulas and sheets in order to find out our business performance on various parameters and even after that some of the reports were not possible to be prepared from our end. Agent wise reports, like Sales Report, Outstanding Report, Receipt Report, Missed Out Parties and Missed Out Product Reports were not available and due to which gauging of performance of Sales Persons was not possible.
Month on month sales comparison for a specific time frame was not possible. Calculation of exact number of days for which inventory is lying with us was not possible. Top performing parties in terms of quantity and Value and that too agent wise was not possible.
Single platform for all reports was not available, all reports has to be prepared manually.
