We are considering 5 customer ID(1001 to 1005) & chat session ID can be random for each device.Chat session is reset on page reload.A log file of chat history will be generated for each conversation & will be stored according to it's folder(Customer-ID wise).We can expand or collapse the ChatLog directory & download the Log file by clicking on it. Please use the refresh button(beside the ChatLog directory) just before the download.
